The svMCI patients showed decreased functional connectivity density in frontal, temporal and parietal regions. Of note, several brain regions which showed functional connectivity density reduction were not significant after GM correction. The statistical threshold was set at P<0.01 for individual voxels and cluster size >972 mm3, which corresponded to a corrected P<0.01 determined by Monte Carlo simulations.
